Hi all, I am trying to get the code to write the image file name into a textbox instead of the description area.

Here is what I’m thinking -
Create a new div area with a id for the area that the textbox will go.

Then on the Jquery script inset the Textbox with the value of the image name.

Can anyone show me how to do this with Jquery. Very new at Jquery and I’m going in circles trying to figure it out.

nice, but how to not reslide current image when clicking on current image from bottom image list. it works in example: http://coffeescripter.com/code/ad-gallery/#ad-image-2, i cant manage to do it

Hi, I just started using this plugin and i’m trying to output the title and longdesc but desc always stays false inside the console. I pretty much just installed the script and got it working but this won’t work for some reason.

I used these 2 lines of code to hide the arrows in side the list width if statement:

context.nav.find(‘.ad-back’).hide();
context.nav.find(‘.ad-forward’).hide();

I found a bug in the plugin. I had to add this:
clearInterval(inter);
};
if (list.width() < context.nav.width()) {
list.width(context.nav.width());
alert(list.css('width'));
}
},

This is to make sure the list width is correct if there are a low number of pictures.

Hey, i have 2 issues with 1.2.5 version script of AD-Gallery upgraded from 1.2.2.

Description

First issue, the content of ad-controls ‘(x/xx and start/stop controls) is printed as many times i uploaded files (concatening to old text while replace from old text). For example, if my directory contains 10 pictures, befor upload 1 image, it prints 1/10 and start stop, that’s right, but for each picture uploaded i have an additionnal counter for pictures (1/10/ 2/11… and start/stop start/stop…).
Second issue, i was using a fonction to automatically show the last picture uploaded after an upload, here is the fonction :

$(‘#last-uploaded’).click(
function() {
galleries[0].lastImage();
return false;
}
);

This function no longer works with version 1.2.5.
Does the call function changed ?

hello, this is very good slider plugin, thank you very much. But in my case, i want to move the control (thum) to the right of the big image..
Any body help me..?? Sorry for my poor question, n my poor knowledge about jquery..
